How to become a KOOP distributor? |

| Answer: |
Anyone with good financial resources and a proven record in industrial equipment sales and service has the opportunity to become a KOOP distributor. If you are interested in becoming a distributor, please send us e-mail or fax the instruction of your company and business range as well as the sales channels. We will then contact you for more information, if we think you have a suitable basis for becoming a distributor. Becoming a distributor requires a serious financial commitment and stocking of our products. Should you not be able to make this commitment, normally your application will not be approved. |

Is it possible for my company to be KOOP distributor/agent in certain market? |

| Answer: |
In some markets, we have already appointed (exclusive) agent, while in other markets, we are seeking for cooperative partners. Please send us your inquiry to KOOP for details of agency arrangement. |

Is there any minimum order quantity constraint for sample order? |

| Answer: |
We encourage new customers to place sample order if they prefer to test and confirm the quality of KOOP products before making final decision. |

How should I place order for KOOP products? |

| Answer: |
You can send order directly to KOOP listing all the models and quantities you intend to import. After confirming to Proforma Invoice from KOOP, please arrange deposit payment by Telegram Transfer (T/T) in advance or Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight. We will make shipment within 15-30 days after your deposit arrival. |

How should I deal with my customers' claim to quality problem of KOOP? |

Please refer to KOOP warranty policy. KOOP distributor/agent will keep in-stock necessary spare parts for maintenance, after-sales and repair, and KOOP will send by air parcel promptly if specific parts beyond agent’s stock needed. |

Why choose diesel engine? |

| Answer: |
Diesel engine is up to 30% more fuel efficient than gasoline engine in similar services. Low flammability of diesel fuel is safe and valued in all applications. It can meet the environmental protection demand of the world to use diesel engine as power. |

What is the allowed tilt for engine? What is the allowed tilt for output shaft? |

The allowed tilt is less than 20 centigrade either for engine or output shaft. |

Does the alternator have AVR (automatic voltage regulator) equipment? |
|
| Answer: |
The alternator is brushless without AVR. The voltage is adjusted by condenser. However, if you need alternator with brush, we can equip AVR with it. |

How can I choose the fuel? |

| Answer: |
Please use light diesel fuel No. 0 in summer, while No. -10 or -20 in winter. Do not allow dust or water into fuel tank. |
